The picture is noted as Frank's first solo performance from June 7th
1970. This was taken at a big benefit concert
at Washington Crossing State Park, Titusville, NJ. Also on the bill that
day were Jacobs Creek, note the speaker cabinet
in the background, Maury Muelheisen, who brought along David Bromberg
and other popular local bands. According to
Maury's sister Mary, they intended for the concert to be a fundraiser,
but no one sold or bought tickets, so they put together
another concert to actually raise money. Here are a couple more pics
