We Need Financial Assistance Through the Marrow Foundation for Tissue-typing.
The Kott family has established a fund at The Marrow Foundation to help defray the cost of tissue-typing ($52 per kit.)
The purpose of this fund is to defray the cost of tissue-typing for those who cannot afford the fee. The money contributed is KEY to successful community, state or national marrow and blood cell drives.
Many of us do not have the time nor do we fit within the donation requirements. To you, we ask that you make a donation to The Trevor Kott Fund to help others participate. Adding new donors to the Registry helps not only Trevor, but all patients who are in the same life-threatening situation. Any size contribution helps and all gifts are tax-deductible.
Your donation is formally acknowledged by letter as tax deductible by The Marrow Foundation, a 501 (c) 3 non-profit organization. Your contribution is truly the greatest gift one can give or receive; this is your opportunity to save a life.

Trevor is our son -- a beautiful baby boy who fills us with joy -- but he is fighting to survive. He was diagnosed with AML a rare form of leukemia at birth and must have a bone marrow transplant -- but no matching donor has yet been found. Trevor’s need is urgent. His life depends on finding a match in the next six to eight weeks.
