MOLESKIN
from Medline has replaced Johnson & Johnson brand moleskin in the
marketplace. It is very similar to the J&J product, which was the
most popular moleskin for generations for training Sheltie and Collie ears
to tip properly. We like to start using Medline Moleskin on our puppies when they are
about 3 months old (we use Japanese tape prior to that). Cut your moleskin to the desired
size and shape, remove the backing, place it sticky side up on a clean
paper towel, then spray it with Doc Brannen's. Wait 30 seconds to
2-3 minutes, then place the moleskin into the ear as desired. J&J
Moleskin is preferred over other brands because it is thicker and holds
it's shape better.. MORE DETAILED INSTRUCTIONS ON

Doc
Brannen's Grooming Adhesive is ideal to use with
Moleskin to 'make it stick' to the ear. Cut your moleskin to the desired
size and shape, remove the backing, place it sticky side up on a clean
paper towel, then spray it with the Grooming Adhesive. Wait 30 seconds to
2-3 minutes, then place the moleskin into the ear as desired. Works great
with all brands of moleskin - including Johnson & Johnson and Dr.
Scholl's. MORE DETAILED INSTRUCTIONS ON
THE MOLESKIN METHOD.
Please
DO NOT use Starter Fluid with Moleskin - Starter Fluid is EXTREMELY
FLAMMABLE and can lead to fire and serious injuries!.

TORBOT
LIQUID BOND CEMENT can be used with either Moleskin or
with the Japanese tape to make it even "stickier". Just paint it on the
sticky side before you place it in the ear. It dries quickly and holds
securely. Contains latex. |
