Come ring in the New Year with the FRIENDS OF PHILADELPHIA TROLLEYS on their annual nighttime trip along SEPTA’s current trolley lines. The charter will also kick off the Kawasaki LRV’s  30th anniversary in service. Join us for a fun evening!

Departing: 63- Malvern Loop on SEPTA Route 10 at 10:00 pm sharp on Friday December 31, 2010

Returning: (Next Year) Around 2:00 am on Saturday January 1, 2011 (Trips usually run late).

Charter Fare: $40.00 a seat –Everyone will have a seat.

Equipment: A holiday decorated 1981 Kawasaki LRV.

Routing: Will be determined as the New Year approaches.

With the LRV, trips in the tunnel will be possible this year. Operations on Route 15 are subject to route availability due to current track projects on the line.

All proceeds from this trip will benefit the restoration of SEPTA PCC car 2743 at the Rockhill Trolley Museum into its 1959 PTC green and cream.
