anini beach is generally safe for swimming
year round. great windsurfing spot. The three homes we will be occupying are:
- Menehune Hale ("Meh-neh-hoo-nay Ha-Lay")
- Ku'u Home ("Koo-oo Home-Ay")
- Ka Hale Olu ("Kah Ha-Lay Oh-Loo")
The first two are on the same property and the third is a short distance down the road (a healthy stroll down the beach or a quick drive). Menehune and Ku'u each have a 6 person hot tub and are ON THE BEACH in Anini Beach, Kauai. Ka Hale Olu is the most "updated" property, and is across the street from the beach access path. It also features high-speed internet access, c ontemporary Hawaiian island style
furnishings, full kitchen with granite countertops, washer, dryer, and cable TV.
Outdoor hot and cold garden shower. Large front lanai and beautiful, tropical
landscaped grounds and large back lawn.

Anini Beach is on the beautiful north shore of the island of Kauai. This lovely white sand beach is protected by the largest coral reef in the Hawaiian Islands, making it perfect for swimming, windsurfing, snorkeling, beachcombing, or kayaking. The warm, calm waters are ideal for all year round activities, and the beach stretches for several miles, making Anini one of Hawaii’s most desirable beach areas.
Yet, this prestigious spot is usually never as crowded as some of the more-well known beaches on the other islands. The atmosphere here is casual and there is an emphasis on privacy. Just minutes away you will find world-class golf, shopping and restaurants. For something different, visit the Kauai Polo Club directly across from Anini Beach Park. It is quite an experience to watch a polo match while looking out over the sparkling blue Pacific!
There are many vacation rental homes, cottages and inns nestled among the trees and tropical gardens of Anini Beach and something for everyone can be found on this slice of tropical paradise. Anini Beach, the ultimate for an early morning walk on the beach, or a romantic moonlit stroll at night! |
