Welcome to my web site!

Sewing has been my hobby since I was a child. I started sewing for craft fairs 10 years ago and now I'm ready to expand with this new venture on the web!

You can see from the photos of my latest craft fair that I specialize in towels. These make great gifts because they are reasonably priced and also easy to send. They are made to use over and over, so treat yourself to something as well!

These appliqué towels are made from homespun material, 100% cotton, pre-washed, approximately 20" x 25", with  serged edges and turned hemmed bottom. The close-up of the apple below, shows the blanket stitch used around each appliqué.   Price $3.50 each.

The table runner is made from 100% cotton, warm and natural batting, pre-washed, 37 1/2 x 37 1/2, binding double thickness and hand-sewn to back, backing same material as center squares.  The picture fabric is Red Hats and pink feathers. Price $16.00.   The potholders are made from homespun material. They are filled with 3 layers of terry cloth and the materials all pre-washed so no shrinking. Stitch-in-the-ditch quilting method is used with a machine quilting stitch. The double-fold binding is sewn down by hand so that they have a nice finish. Size approxiamately 8" x 8". Price $3.50 each.

If you would like to send something to someone else as a gift, I will wrap your choice in tissue with ribbon and include a gift card and mail that directly to them. That service will add $1.50 to the order. Washington State add 8.4% tax.
