McGee. Wife unnamed and probably deceased before Feb. 1825. Executors: son
John McMath and daughter Margaret & Thomas Morrow. On same date, Thomas Morrow
renounces executorship and court appointed John & Margaret to administer

Will of Samuel McMath
In the name of God Amen. I, Samuel McMath, of Tell township Huntingdon County and State of Pennsylvania being weak in body but of sound mind and understanding and considering the uncertaintity of the transitory life do make and publish this my last will and testament in manner and form of allowing to wit.
First, it is my will and I do order, that all my just debts and funeral expenses be
duly paid and satisfied as soon as convenient can be after my decease.
Item, I give and bequeath unto my son, John John McMath all my land I now possess with exception only after mentioned and his to pay his brother and sisters as shall hereafter be mentioned.
Item, I give and bequeath unto my daughter Nancy McMullen fifteen dollars to be paid one year after my decease.
Item, I give and bequeath unto my daughter Jane Lauthers fifteen dollars to be paid one year after my decease.
Item, I give and bequeath unto my son Samuel McMath fifty dollars to be paid one year after my decease.
Item, I give and bequeath unto my daughter Margaret McMath all my personal estate and all my bonds notes on accounts whatever may be and also the house that William McGee raised with a small field adjoining the barn where Margaret lived to have during her lifetime.
Item, I give and bequeath unto my daughter Elizabeth Kennedy fifteen dollars to be paid one year after my decease.
Item, I give and bequeath unto my daughter Mary Magee fifteen dollars to be paid one year after my decease and futher is is my will that my son John McMath shall give unto my daughter Margaret ten bushels of wheat, ten of rye and ten of corn yearly and every year during her lifetime to be at her disposal.
And lastly, I nominate, constitute and appoint my son John and daughter Margaret and Thomas Morrow to be my executors of this my last will hereby revoking all other wills, legacies and bequests by me heretofore made and declaring this and no other to be my last will and testament.
InWitness whereof I have hereunto set my hand and seal the fourth day of February one thousand eight hundred and twenty-five.
