Know all men by these presents that We, William Wilson, David Jeffries and
Elizabeth his wife, and Joseph Wilson, Representatives of George Wilson, son
dec’d of Dublin township, Huntingdon county and State of Pennsylvania, do
quit-claim and release and by these present have quit claim and released unto
William Harper and James Harper, both of the township, county and State
aforesaid all and singular our rights, title, interest, claim or demand
whatever in law or equity unto us the representatives belongeth or may belong
from and out of a certain debt due the estate of George Wilson dec’d as
Administrator of the estate of James Harper dec’d of said county unto the
said William and James Harper, to have and to hold, and by these presents do
forever quit claim to for or against the said William and James Harper all
and singular our rights, titles, interest, claim or demand in said estate of
James Harper dec’d and by these presents do bind ourselves, our heirs,
executors or administrators and every of them or any other person who may or
shall hereafter claim any demand in and through us the said representatives
of the said William and James Harper in and through our claims from the
Estate of James Harper, dec’d to have and to hold forever they the said
William and James Harper from or against any person or persons who may or
shall hereafter claim from the aforesaid William and James Harper or from
their heirs, executors or administrators, or assigns but forever quit-claim
unto the said William and James Harper their heirs, executors, administrators
or assigns forever against all our heirs, executors or administrators and
every of them. In Witness whereof we the said representatives have hereunto
set our hands and seals this sixth day of May in the year of our Lord, one
thousand eight hundred and twenty six.

to be their act and deed and desires it may be recorded as such. Witness my
