Keep a special category in your Address List called Stores. Record the name of each store, its address, and its phone information the way you normally would. Then, use one of the extra phone number fields or one of the custom fields to keep track of the store hours. You may prefer to use one of the left-over phone number fields because this prevents you from having to scroll all the way down to the custom fields when doing your data entry. Since the fields in the Address Book aren't limited to a single line, you can fit the whole list of hours in one field. So you might end up with an entry that looks like: Hours: Mon - Thurs 10 - 8 Fri - Sat 10 - 10 Sun 10 - 6 Remember to file the entry correctly in the Stores category of your Address List.
