What is Tucker Parent Council?

The council is made up of PT(S)A presidents and co-presidents from Tucker High School and all of its feeder schools, along with representatives from the DeKalb County Board of Education, and Administrators from the DeKalb County School System.

What is TPC's Purpose?

TPC was formed for the purpose of improving the quality of education in the greater Tucker area. We hope to accomplish this by:

· Serving as advocates for Tucker community schools
· Convening the community to share information about local, state and national education initiatives
· Encouraging citizens to be individual change agents on behalf of public education
· Serving as a conduit for proactive dialogue with DeKalb County School System leaders and Board Members on behalf of Tucker community schools
