| We guarantee all merchandise sold by Tutt's for 30 days. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return your unused merchandise within 30 days for a prompt refund. You will be charge a restocking fee of $5.00 per item. If the return is due to a manufacturing error, the initial shipping and restocking fee will be waived. |

Within about three or four business days you will receive a prepaid shipping label. It will be mailed to your home. |

Tape the label securely to the box. |
 |
Pack the item (s) in the original shipping carton(s). |

Present the package to any UPS driver, take the package to any UPS customer counter or drop the package at any authorized UPS shipping outlet including Mail Boxes etc., PaK Plus, Parcel Plus, PostNet and Postal Anex. To determine the closest UPS shipping point, click here. |

We will credit your return once the package has been received and processed, typically within 8 to 11 business days after the package is sent. We will e-mail you when the credit has been submitted to your credit card. |

Credit card companies vary in the time it takes for a "credit" to appear on your monthly statement. Please allow one to two billing cycles for the refund to appear on your statement. |
