This is a copy of a mimeograph letter from J.D. ( Ted ) Lewis, AA Divisional Superintendent, describing to others at American Airlines what had taken place in Tezpur, India and the nature of Project 7-A. It is reproduced with formatting and spelling errors to preserve it's historical value.
