Hi Briar!! I'm
new to TX and wanted to say Hi!!
Hope today finds you feeling
well. I want to tell you
that I will put you in my prayers and am
inspired by
your strength and faith. I have seen a miracle
like
you...I worked with a girl, Anne, who in 1992 had
lung
cancer. She was going to Mayo for treatment.
They had to keep
taking parts of her lung. Her chemo
was rough on her too. She
made many trips and had
many set backs. She was a fighter like
you with
a strong faith in God's miracles. The last trip
she
made to Mayo, we weren't sure she would be
coming back...BUT SHE
DID...THAT WAS 1993....
I had to quit working in 1994 due to
disability with
Lupus/Fibromyalgia, anyway, Anne is STILL
WORKING
AND FINE AS FROG HAIR!!! A TRUE MIRACLE OF GOD'S.
10+
years later she is healthy and working.
SO YOU HANG IN THERE
& NEVER GIVE UP THAT FAITH.
He is wonderful and thru Him all
things are possible.
I will also join the group and check in on
you!!

Well girls, I'm not having anything real tasty this morning. I'm
having an apple cinnamon cereal bar, Juice and tea. I was intensely
sick for over a week. When I finally got to see the doctor he agreed
to do a urinalysis. It turned out that I was right. I had a nasty
infection. I am now on Cipro, which limits some of the things I can
eat, but I'm doing better already.
I have been sleeping very
well now that the cooler weather is here. What a relief. My aid was
here for two hours on Friday. She cooked me breakfast, cleaned out
the refrigerator, gave me my shower, then made up a big pot of
chicken vegetable soup. I am enjoying that very much.
Take
care all. I'm still here and going strong, whatever the doctor says.
Once I get this stent out of my right kidney I won't have to worry
about any more infections. The doctor has to call me back to set up
the appointment for the removal.

Good for you Briar! Sounds
like you know almost as much as the doctor. Keep him on his toes and
between the two of you you'll lick this thing yet! God bless you Brair, you're
