Okay now that Xena and Gabs are not offering any new exchanges
where does a girl turn for good lesbian subtext or
maintext?

Yeah the debating of were they or weren't they aside
Xena
and Gab of X:WP was about the only if not only ongoing show that had
a female couple, well that I know of anyway
Not a weekly
watcher of Buffy myself but I think there is a female couple on
that, but Buffy isn't half of the couple, the 2nd sort of lead
female is

Hi Birdie!
Here are my
tips:
ER
: there's a storyline between Dr. Weaver (Laura Innes) and Dr.
Legaspi (played by the beautiful Elizabeth Mitchell).
Buffy:
There is a couple: Willow and Tara (Alysson Hannigan and Amber
Benson). There are cute together. That's not "hot" like Xena, but at
least they are very much
outed!
The X-Files: I don't know if I can really
mention it. But the fact is, when I watched the last episode of the
past season, I feeled agent Monica Reyes (Annabeth Gish) was
interested by Scully (Gillian Anderson). I have a thread going on

But when I saw it Weaver was wiggin out about
it and I sorta did not like it

Well unfortunately the ER relationship has ended..... The lovely
blonde is now on a new show Blade something I think.
I just
saw a show on msnbc last night discussing gay and lesbians in tv
these days. Most of them however they mentioned were gay men. I had
heard ellen was returning to television. I have watched Buffy a few
times. I have a friend who will probably be able to help me out with
this question, I will ask her and post anything she says of interest
to us.

did heard rumors she may will be back next season. I wish she

Definitly watch Buffy if you're missing the subtext of Xena. Willow
and Tara are just great, and it's so nice to have a show that has
actually outed a gay couple, basically every episode they mention
they are gay or something similiar
Plus Tara's quite the looker

ya i thought it was great of the show to
acknowledge the characters as gay, not just by subtext. Well you can
really say x&g are a couple. The not knowing part was fun
(subtext). But the last of buffy i saw, they had Tara go veg. Is
that still the case?

Hi all,
No, Tara isn't veg anymore. They have moved
Buffy to UPN, so if you don't get UPN, like me, you are s.o.l. It
really burnt my breeches when they said Buffy was moving to UPN. I
have watched the show since it first aired, its a real
bummer.
The lesbian relationship between Willow and Tara is
really cool. They are both witches. Willow is the stronger witch of
the two, and they play of each other well.
Have any other
questions, I can most likely answer them.

witchblade one. Now I know.
Yes I hope she returns. I know Kerri is out now I just hope
she gets in a nice relationship w/ someone.

I personally though Doc Weaver was on her way to the sweet Dr.
Legaspi's house after she outed herself to that atrocious little
weazel of a boss she has. I think it's going to play prominantly
next year. And I don't think the Beast is very good, so she should
be free...
And whoever that was in this thread that lost
Buffy this year as it goes to the UPN: I am an avid Buffy fan and
would be happy to tape the eps for you. I can get 6 on a
tape.

The Beast. I saw only the first ep. and had mixed feelings about it.
The series was airing tonight, but I was taping a re-run of Star
Trek: Voyager at the same time.
