1. Run uba51.exe as an Administrator.
2. Download VB420032.zip and save.
3. Right click VB420032.zip, select properties.
In the bottom right, click the Unblock button, then click ok.
4. Right click VB420032.zip and select Extract All -- choose c:\uba51 (or the directory you selected in Step 1 above) as the directory to extract to.
5. Open up a cmd window as Administrator.
If you are unsure of how to do this, click the Windows button in the lower left of your screen, and in the "start search" window type in "cmd". You'll see a small icon entitled "cmd.exe". Right click this and select "Run as Administrator".
6. Change directories to where you installed the UBA program files in Step 1.
"cd\uba51"
7. Register the RICHTX32.OCX service -- type in the following command:
"regsvr32 richtx32.ocx"
8. Type "exit" to exit cmd prompt.
9. That's it, the UBA program should now run!
