Campers pay a Program Fee and a Camp Fee for the UCUCC Seabeck All Church Camp. Campers are also encouraged to give a tax-deductible contribution to the UCUCC Seabeck All Church Camp.
Program Fee – ALL campers, including teachers, pay the Program Fee when they register for camp. The Program Fees pay for most (but not all) of the cost for the camp program. These costs include supplies for classes, snacks, printing, and mailing; additional costs include room, meals, and stipends for the speaker and teachers. The Program Fee is not refundable.
Meal Preferences – Please note any special meal preferences on the registration form. Examples include Vegan, vegetarian, no red meat, and any food allergies.
Camp Fee – The Camp Fees pay room, meal, and facility expenses charged by the Seabeck Christian Conference Center. Statements of Camp Fees due will be mailed to registered campers by May 27 and payments are due by June 15, 2008.
Contributions – Contributions will be used to help pay the cost of the UCUCC All Church Camp Program and to provide Camp Fee Scholarship for a few folks who would not otherwise be able to attend Seabeck. Because the Program Fees do not pay the full cost of the Seabeck Program, contributions are a necessary part of the Seabeck budget.
Scholarships - The Seabeck Committee wants to assure that everyone who wants to go to Seabeck can go, regardless of varying financial situations. All payments should be made by check payable to University Congregational United Church of Christ. Mark your payment for Seabeck Program Fee, Camp Fee, and/or Contribution.
