New workout schedule is ready! Tuesday morning rides: 6.15am from Halsted and Roosevelt, 6.30am at Lakefront bike path just north of Museum Campus. Saturday morning group rides with Spidermonkeys (50+ miles): 7.30am from Damen and Harrison, 8.00am from Roscoe Village Bikes at Roscoe and Damen. Group swims: Wednesday & Friday mornings, 6.00 - 7.30am at West Campus Gym. Stay tuned for the upcoming run workouts.

Big congrats to Brianna for finishing in the top 25% of her age group (7th place) at Ironman WISCO. She logged a lot of training hours over the summer and they look to have paid off. Huge accomplishment!.
