Stan Miller's next Brazilian rosewood back and sides mandolin, from 1977. Made from the same rosewood board as the 1976 version owned by Alan Bond. Originally built for John Reischman who owned this mandolin from 77 to about 81, who used it to record on the Tony Rice album Still Inside (all those tracks can be found on the Devlin CD). Nina Gerber later owned it (but she can't remember which Kate Wolf recordings she used it on), and eventually it was refinished using french polish for Tom Rozum by Chris Berkov, and featured on Tom's and Laurie Lewis' Winter's Grace CD, then later sold to Chip Curry.
