real thing - not cardboard or styrofoam - with a padded lining
and sturdy chrome hardware.
Our hardshell cases are included in
the price of our Banner Series® and Island Style®
instruments, and may also be purchased separately. Please inquire

Custom instruments are available
in all tradtional ukulele sizes and are "built-to-order,"
using all-solid-wood construction. SpruceHouse does not offer
custom instruments with laminated woods.

We now accept PayPal as well
as cashier's checks and money orders. Email us for details on
paying with PayPal. Sorry, no personal checks or credit cards.
Standard Series, Banner Series®, and
Island Style® models require full payment before delivery.
Custom orders require a 33% deposit
with the balance due before final delivery. A
discount of 3% will be taken off of your custom or stock instrument
over $300 if you pay the total up front with a cashier's check
or money order. Make these out
to "Al McWhorter."
Guarantee
All New SpruceHouse Instruments are are guaranteed against
structural failure due to workmanship or material defects for
one year. If you experience such an occurrence, we will repair
or replace your instrument (our choice) free of charge. Shipping is additional.
