More About Us

I was born in 1944 in Chicago, Illinois. I am the oldest of 4 children. I have two brothers, Rodney and Stanley. I also have a sister, Vickie Cox. After serving Uncle Sam, I married Donna in 1965. Donna was literally the girl next door. In 1969, Karen was born. Then in 1972, Cathy was born. Both have been a joy to us.
The Internet has been a boon to my genealogical research. I found Robert Ulanowicz on the Internet and we have determined that we are third cousins. We have also found numerous other Ulanowicz's, but have not made any connections yet. Hopefully, I can devote more time to it when I retire.

Donna was born in 1947 in Holstein, Germany. In 1952, her parents emigrated to the United States. She lived in Chicago, Illinois until we moved to Valparaiso, Indiana in 1973. In 1974, she became an American citizen.
Donna has had extensive interests over the years, including movies, bowling and now computers.
Donna has really taken to being a grandmother, and has been known to spoil all of them rotten.
Donna has also enjoyed traveling and seeing some of the many wonderful sites that the United States has to offer.
