All classes are coed, unless noted on schedule. 
Not all class types are offered each session.

 

Slim and Tone Ballet Workout: Uses dance conditioning methods to achieve a strong, toned, graceful body. Includes standing barre work, pilate concepts, stretching, and floor work to target abs, hips, thighs, and buttocks. Participants must bring their own exercise mat.

Yoga: Join use for a series of 26 poses to renew and energize every muslce and system in the body. We emphasize Yoga for a healthy body using correct alignment. This is a challenging series of power poses which flow dynamically from one ot the other. Bring a mat, towel, water, and your enthusiasm. Philomena Donnelly is a a registered Yoga Teacher.

Cardio-Kickboxing: An aerobics class using the basics of kickboxing to provide a full-body workout. Extra focus will be placed on abs.
