To prove defamation(not deformation i.e. 'elephant man'), libel, etc., the
creator of the site would have to knowingly have posted false information.
Since all of the quotes attributable to you are from postings to forums
accessible to anyone and are archived in a publicly accessible place, their
authenticity cannot be questioned.
If the issue is that you have been made to look like an idiot, the point is
moot. Your postings, on their own merit, have accomplished that and the
website itself only underscores the same conclusion that any reasonable
person would arrive at given the opportunity to read your tripe 'in the
wild'.
So what is your problem? You beg to be recognized as an asshole. Those in a
position to grant this recognition are made aware of your extraordinary gift
of stupidity and have given you a special honor. Feel proud, hillbilly!
These folks encounter stupidity on a daily basis and for you to rise above
the crowd speaks volumes about the exceptional effort at being ignorant that
you have put forth.
Be aware that outside the Commonwealth of Kentucky you are now required to
wear pants at the dinner table. This is a hygenic requirement to prevent
tracks in the mashed potatos when you hop across the table for another
biscuit.

yourself served. You have the option of delivering the papers
yourself to yourself, but you probably should outsource, as I

Yes it is. All over the world, people are reading your posts and
spewing beverages of one sort or another onto keyboards and
monitors. Which reminds me, I need to research publicly traded
keyboard manufacturers. There should be an increase in demand
shortly, and I'd like to cash in.

Sadly, the PANOYA (Pull Any Number Outa Your Ass) approach to
determining damages is more the exception than the rule. You will
need to provide evidence to justify your figures. I looked into
this when you accused me of being a "known poster to the Disney
Groups." I still consider that an actionable tort. However, after
an extensive self-inventory, with an outside auditors report, my
sense of self-worth has declined by approx $.25 (US) Assuming I
could prove intentional negligence, and be awarded treble damages,
$.75 (US) would pay for about 10 seconds of a decent attorney's
time. The guys I use don't take cases on a contingency basis.

I've been on a jury or two.
I do beleive we'd bust a gut laughing.
'Course your might have to pay medical costs...
Tell you what, Dick, (can I call you Dick? oops, just did.)
If you find a real, live, bar registered lawyer person to take
your case, I'll pungle up some cash (in the form of a check)
to help pay your legal bills. Just have your Lawyer e-mail me.
(there will be some slight formalities, Lawyers letterhead,
a conversation with said lawyer's bar, etc.. nothing too hard.)
Of course, I'll be sending matching funds to the CNS op
being sued. No formalities, he can buy beer with it.
