Since Richard the Stupid has been mysteriously silent the last two
days, and since the last confirmed communication I am aware of is his
email to me where he claimed to have placed me in a killfile at the
following time:

and since he has chosen not to show his pedophile face in the last 48
hours, and since before that it was next to impossible to get him to
shut up, I hereby provisionally claim a SPANK! on Richard the Stupid.
I realize that it is customary to wait at least a week before
declaring a SPANK!, therefore I will not officially claim it until
Friday. Of course, RtS coming back for more abuse shall nullify my
claim.
I would appreciate it if my SPANK! were to be noted and logged into
the CENKOC site effective Friday.

As the Lord Archdruid of the Church of the SuperGenius and spiritual leader
of AUK, I am here to today to officially sanction a SPANK! on Richard Bullis,
aka Richard the Stupid.
This SPANK! was provisionally claimed by Jeffrey Smith on September 19th.
In accordance with established custom the one-week waiting period from
the last time Stupid posted (Friday, September 17, 1999) has now elapsed.
Before this date, Laverne vowed never to leave alt.usenet.kooks, and would
never shut up. He has now shut up.
Therefore, as your Lord Archdruid, I hereby declare your claim of SPANK!
is UPHELD and made Official. Mr. Smith, please step up to the altar and claim
your prize and bishopship in our hallowed hall.
I also officially petition that this SPANK! be noted and logged into all CENKOC
sites everywhere, and that alt.idiot.richard-the-stupid and
alt.pedophile.richard-bullis be accepted into the charitable shelter for homeless
flame groups.
