Pegasus Athletic Club was formed in 1991 by Frank Soby, competitor, coach, and Masters Level racewalk judge. Spring through fall workouts are held Saturday mornings on the Dondero High School track in Royal Oak. Other sites are used, since the membership is drawn from four counties, and times change, also.   Their Masters Men’s team has brought home top awards from around the country.
