General Membership Meetings:

General membership meetings are held on the third Sunday of every                   month at 3:00 PM.  This meeting allows the general membership to be            updated on Board reports and activities.  It also updates members on               current events and allows members to vote on certain issues that the                 board requests.

Board of Directors Meetings:

Board of Directors meetings are held on the first Wednesday of every                 month at 7:00 PM.  The meeting reviews financial status, all committee          activities and new policies. Officers and Board members review policies                  and vote on whether or not they should be changed or implemented.
