- 2004 (Junior at Wyoming) Cross Country -- fought minor injuries all
season. Best 8K time of 27:40,
finished 46th at Conference. Indoor Track -- ran a personal best
of 1:53.41 at Ames Iowa, placed seventh at the Mountain West Conference
meet. Outdoor Track
-- Finished ninth at conference with an outdoor PR of 1:53.81. 2002 - 2003 (Sophomore at Wyoming) Cross Country -- best 8K time of 26:07, finished 49th at Conference, finished 101st at Regional with a personal best 10K time of 34:31. Indoor Track -- opened the season with an indoor 800m PR of 1:56.70 but then developed an injury (achilis bersitis) but managed to run a season best 1:56.63. Outdoor Track -- began the season injured but ended the season with an 800m PR of 1:54.04 at the Conference meet. 2001 - 2002 (Freshman at Wyoming) Cross Country -- Jeremy, primarily a middle distance runner, was called upon to run Cross Country for Wyoming. He finished 40th at the Mountain West Conference Meet and earned his first varsity letter. Indoor Track and Field -- Jeremy placed 8th at the MWC Meet (1:58:16) earning a second letter. Outdoor Track -- Redshirt. High School: 8 time all-state selection and one time 5A state champion and record holder as anchor in the 4x800m relay. 2000 cross country coaches choice team MVP, finished 49th in the 5A State Championship Cross Country meet. 2001: Three time 5A all-state: Placed 3rd in the 800m (1:54:58), 6th as anchor in the 4x400m relay, and 1st as anchor in the state record breaking 4x800m relay (7:45.10). Kansas Relays high school division record holder in the 4x800m (7:52.26). 2000: Three time 5A all state: Placed 5th in the 800m, 9th as anchor in the 4x400m relay, 2nd as anchor of the 4x800m relay. 1999: Two time 5A all state: Placed 8th in the 800m, and 3rd as leadoff in the 4x800m relay.
