 Updates and News

Planning and Progress! >> August 28, 2004 by Victoria
Don't think that the lack of updates on the state page reflect the amount of work going on in Washington State! We're in the process of making some MAJOR progress in our goals to unite the state with Freedom's Answer. The most important work we've done involves planning. Here's the gist:

- There are three components of FAWA: a state team, some regional teams, and a LOT of high school teams.
- The high school teams implement the Take Ten program in their school
- The regional teams introduce schools in their area to the Take Ten program
- The state team finds and trains the regional teams

Right now, we're trying to gather a strong and diverse regional team for Freedom's Answer! We're also developing information and documents for FAWA members to download, print out, and read. I'll be posting that all up ASAP!

BTW: OMG EVIL TAGBOARD @#&$! I'll look for another host.. again :/

Mid-Size Update >> August 14th, 2004 by Victoria
Due to peer pressure, I have updated the FAWA site! Lots of updates to the Survival Guide. Along with some minor beautification changes around the site, I made a sample school plan to get your high school started with Freedom's Answer, a downloads page for all your promotional needs, and I updated the portfolio with some new and improved documents. I also finally started up the calendar, and I have one calendar up for Pierce County. Go get yours today! Last, I made the Random Jollity section of the site. Not much there yet, but you just wait! It'll be killer.

*gasp* All of the main sections of the FAWA webpage are up! :O Still quite a few pages within those sections that are under construction, but they're on the way.

BTW, I realize that the tagboard *points to the sidebar* isn't working-- [EDIT Fixed!]
