Gelatin shotgun special make-ups

Adding generous amounts of stage blood to another gelatin shotgun make-up.  Generally I would use the blood a bit sparingly, trying to keep it realistic. But the director and assistant director would invariably ask for "more blood!" I think they went through about three to  five gallons of stage blood on the entire show.
