How To Order

  1. We accept USA Paypal accounts , US money orders, or checks drawn on a US account, & Western Union. Tennessee residents must pay sales tax.

  2. To pay by Paypal or Western Union just email us with the item(s) you want, your shipping address (we only ship to the confirmed address on the paypal account), paypal email, & any other important info. & we will send you a confirmation email ASAP that the items you want are still available, calculate the total & send you an invoice. There is a 2% transaction fee added to all orders paid with Paypal. After you receive the invoice you can go ahead & pay by Western Union or Paypal.

  3. To pay by check or money order send us an email with the item(s) you want & your shipping info. We will send you a confirmation email ASAP that the items you want are still available, then we will put a "hold" sign on the item for up to 7 days to allow time for payment to arrive. Send checks & money orders to the address below made out to Va-Va Vintage. You MUST reply to our confirmation email so we know to put the items on hold. If we don't hear back, the items will be available to others. Items will ship only after the check clears. If you pay with a money order, item(s) are shipped right away.

  4. LAYAWAY: We do have a 30 day layaway plan available for orders $200.00 & over. You can pay 1/2 of the order amount up front & the balance 30 days later. Send us an email with the item(s) you want & how you want to pay. Then we will send you a confirmation email that they are available & instructions on how to proceed. We will hold the item(s) for 30 days. Layaway deposits & layaway items on completed or uncompleted layaways are non refundable.

  5. RETURNS: For our return policy & info click here.

  6. SHIPPING: We ship worldwide(see below), USPS boxed Priority with insurance & signature confirmation in the USA. UPS or Fedex can be arranged but we will NOT ship uninsured or untraceable. NO EXCEPTIONS! NON US orders are shipped USPS Express insured (see below). We charge a small handling/processing fee to each order.
