Our lovely cerulean planet floats cooly in the inky galactic
expanse, wrapped in shrouds and layers of all the legends, folktales,
beliefs and myths from thousands of cultures down through the ages. These
tales shape our lives in untold ways; inspire our choices in ways we cannot
comprehend.
Scoff, if you will - the stories seem childlike.
The messages they contain are far from childlike.
They are stories of bravery, humility,
daring and innocence.
They are the story of man.
These stories inspire me to make art illustrating them. I have a passion
for stories dealing with mythology, mermaids, sea stories and (occasionally) some fairies.
