The Whidbey Island Super H3 runs semimonthly on Whidbey and Fidalgo Islands in northwestern Washington State. Hash trails are non-competitive runs that are usually 4 to 6 miles long. They typically include a mix of crosscountry trails and roads. Hashers don't need to be serious runners. Many people walk or walk/run the trails. Hashes begin at 2 p.m. and cost $5, unless stated otherwise. The $5 charge includes beer and festivities at the end of the trail. Bring whistles, trail shoes, friends, your favorite joke, and a sense of humor. New runners are always welcome.

Hares are reminded to send Lockjaw the location and directions to the meet-up spot by the Wednesday before the run if they want to be sure to have the run posted on the web site.
