The apartment: is a well laid out 85 m² and consists of 4 principal rooms:

• living room with large windows on the street
• 2 bedrooms with windows on the courtyard
• dining room with 3 windows on the street that has a sofa bed and is also used as a 3rd bedroom.

In addition, there is a modern very well equipped kitchen, a lovely entry, a modern bathroom and a separate toilette.

Along with all of the usual amenities, our apartment features two working fireplaces, high quality linens, clothes washer, clothes dryer, dishwasher, microwave, phone with voicemail, two TV’s, DVD player, stereo, cable TV, and a high speed internet connection.

Sleeping arrangements: The apartment sleeps 6 very comfortably. In the large bedroom you will find a king size bed which can be made up as two single beds. The second bedroom is equipped with a queen size bed. The sofa in the dining room opens into a double bed.

In addition to sleeping 6, the apartment is very comfortable for 6+ people to relax, eat, cook, entertain and really “live” in Paris. While located in an elegant neighborhood, if you have children with you, you will find it very “kid-friendly” with several large open spaces and playgrounds nearby.
