Beautiful, luxury 2 to 3 bedroom apartment located in one of Paris’ most desirable neighborhoods – on the Left Bank in the heart of the 7th Arrondissement. Here, within a few blocks of the Eiffel Tower, the huge gilded dome of Invalides and the Seine, you will discover the “vrai” Paris in a neighborhood of chic and friendly shops, markets, attractions and restaurants.

Comprised of 4 principal rooms plus a large entry, separate kitchen, bathroom and WC, the apartment has been extensively renovated. Situated on the 2nd floor American (1st floor French), there is an elevator for easy access.There are only two apartments per floor and the double-paned windows keep the apartment quiet and private.

The apartment is a well laid out 85 m2 (approx. 950 Sq Ft) – small by USA standards but larger than average by European standards. It is set-up for easy vacations with groups of 2-6 people – this is how we too use it. We have enjoyed sharing our apartment with other Paris travelers for many years and many of our guests return often.

The apartment is in a 1930’s period Art Deco building. It is thoughtfully decorated and features lots of timeless Art Deco era detail.

Along with all of the usual amenities, our apartment features two fireplaces, high quality linens, clothes washer, separate clothes dryer, dishwasher, microwave, phones with voicemail, two cable TV’s, DVD player, stereo , and a high speed wireless internet connection.

In addition to sleeping up to 6 guests, the apartment is very comfortable for 6+ people to relax, eat, cook, entertain and really “live” in Paris. While located in an elegant neighborhood, if you have children with you, you will find it very “kid-friendly” with appropriate restaurants, cafes, several large open spaces and playgrounds nearby.
