The Regis College Angels
There are many angels on the Regis College Campus and one of
them watches over Juan Ruiz's bibliography. Which one is real???
In the Libro de buen amor angels are mentioned only in
the S manuscript: See stanzas 8, 23, 35, 36, 233, 1265, 1555,
1636, 1643, 1664.
BTW, in the section "De cuáles armas se deve armar todo
christiano para vençer al diablo, el mundo e la carne"
where he talks (for the third major time) about the 7 Deadly
Sins, (stanzas 1579-1605) Juan Ruiz constantly mentions giving to
the poor as an important way to combat these sins. Today we can
do this by joining the Our
Lady of the Angels Association...

de los ángeles, versión castellana de 1490 del libro
originalmente escrito en catalán por Francesc Eiximenis en 1392.
