The next step in the installation is to install the components on the sound board.  You will have to arrange things to suit the size of the components but you can get a good idea from the equipment that I installed.

You can see from the above picture the layout I chose.  The idea is to layout the equipment so that speaker, power, and remote turn on leads are at the front and amplifier/subwoofer connections are at the rear.  This allows you to install the board and just connect the speaker wires and power leads at the front after it is mounted. The center unit is the CD changer which faces forward and is accessible from between the seats. Make sure your equipment doesn't block the clearance holes.

The picture on the left gives a closer look at the wiring detail.  The red wires are power, the black ground, the blue and pink are the remote turn on relay wires and the connections for the subwoofer are shown.  Make sure all wiring is secured with clips because these units will be hanging from the board and you don't want the wiring to sag or move about.
