MIXERS
- HEM technology is based on using powerful mixers. The data
for the mixers, developed by Russian engineers between 1990-1994, is given
below. These mixers are transportable. They are equipped with electrical
engines.
- In my home laboratory, I use a working prototype to produce
small batches.

Applications for using High Energy
Mixers (domains)
Mixer CA-18 is used to produce different types of decorative tiles, sculpture, and architectural details. This mixer may be used to produce stained mixtures for coatings, that can be applied to steel and concrete structures.
Mixer CA-350 is used to produce the mortar part of ordinary concrete. The prepared liquid mixture is blended with a coarse aggregate in ordinary drums.
This technology is recommended for producing concrete in low-temperature conditions, because the increase in the hydraulic activity of cement takes place. It is perfect for concrete used in road pavements.
Mixer CA-150 is used for producing expanded or foamed HEM Concrete to cast porous blocks.
Mixer CA-80 is used for roof tile casting.
