To find out if you can join the VFW, click here for an eligibility list.
Once eligibility has been established, joining is easy. Complete the membership application online or enclose $20 for membership dues and a copy of your DD-214 or other proof of eligibility along with a mail in application. Mail to:

To request your military service,
medical or awards record, complete a Standard
Form 180, (Request Pertaining to Military Records). All forms are in PDF
format and require Adobe Acrobat
Reader, which is available free online. Mail the form to the address listed.

There are three ways to apply for
life membership:
· Payment may be made through your Post quartermaster
with payment by check, money order or Visa, MasterCard
and Discover credit cards.
· By credit card online through our secure site. To start the online
process Click
here.
· Installment plan, available January 1 - March 31 for enrollment,
divides the life membership fee into quarterly payments. An initial installment
(1/4 of the total fee), along with the enrollment form, can be sent to
National Headquarters. National then will bill the member each
quarter for the remaining three payments. Credit cards may not be used for
installment payments.
· Contact your Post Quartermaster to obtain this form and mail to
the address below.
· Please note: Current
annual dues must be recorded at National prior to enrollment.
