and 35,000 miles

than two years actually. Still no
reliability problems, knock on wood. I
am not a fan of the 2005 front end, but that just adds value to our older
models, right? I do appreciate the
painted mirrors on the 2005, a poor choice Pontiac made to save a few cents on
the earlier monotone Vibes.

year’s discoveries:
Otherwise,
things are going well. The original
battery is fine, and the paint looks new despite never having been waxed. (It helps to park in a garage and live in a
state that does not use salt on roads.)
Water beads up on the windshield as if it were waxed, and there are none
of the water spots I see on other cars.
Overall, components seem to be of good quality. This one is a keeper.
