Special meeting next week in lieu of luncheon: Dinner and Night Golf @ Eastlyn 5:30. This is a fundraiser, bring family and friends. Cost: $65 (Rotary members will receive lunch credit)
Adopt a Road Cleanup will be held on October 13, 2007. We will meet at Larry’s II at 8:30 am for breakfast.
The Annual Blood Drive and RYLA Program will be held October 23, 2007

Ken Dondero discussed acceptance of Internet membership inquiries. Assured us that they would receive the same careful scrutiny and follow protocol of regular club member sponsored individuals.
Bonnie announced our Wreath Sale Fundraiser. They are $25, fresh Noble Fir. Orders will be taken until the end of October. Delivery will be at the Rotary Luncheon meeting the first week of December.
Glenn had a flashback to 7-27, 1956 when he and President Bill played against each other in baseball.
Pedals for Progress: 117 ibikes left Henry’s along with some sewing machines. Henry reported that the projects partner from Africa will be visiting our club on October 16th.
Jodi Hirata was inducted today. Jodi is the Sr. Vice President of Colonial Bank. Her sponsor is Mike Loyle.
