~~Beach House Rules & General Information~~

v v Fridge —Please keep the kitchen and refrigerator clean. Throw away any food out that will spoil in the next few weeks.

v v Circuit Breaker—Please turn off top 2 circuit breakers (range & dryer)

(Located by the kitchen back door to garage) You may need to turn the breakers on to use the range or dryer.

v v Trash— Take all trash with you.

v v Laundry — Please wash the sheets and towels before you go OR bring your own.

v v Cleaning— Please wash all dishes and vacuum around the front room and entryway (there is a vacuum in the “blue” bedroom in the closet). Broom and dustpan in the garage. No need to go crazy, just leave the place like you found it.

v v TV— There is no cable service but there is a TV and DVD/VCR with plenty of movies to choose from.

v v Phone— There is no telephone service. Cellular service is available.

v v Heat—Turn off all thermostats and leave one by the door at 55 degrees.

v v Broken items—please report any broken items

v v Curtains— Position curtains, blinds and drapes as you found them (usually closed)
