It is the sixth chapter(head) of the remarkable book of Volume Demarko "Deadline". For those who did not read the original, in brief I shall retell the beginning. VVN wanted, that they have begun with six projects which will put Moroviyu in the first numbers(lines) of manufacturers of the software. Six projects - not too it is a lot of, but it(he) wished to take advantage of offer Laksy and to arrange in Morovii laboratory prodzhekt management, to find out, under what conditions people work most productively. If above each project will work on three commands(teams) competing among themselves then, it(he) should look for the personnel and heads for eighteen commands(teams) of developers.
Valdo has already requested of each manager of the company of the resume for Mr. Tompkinsa. And here at it(him) on a table lay two hundred the resume. Having entered into a cabinet(study), Mr. Tompkins vozzrilsya on them with hostility. They, in turn, all kind have expressed insult and condemnation. Earlier, the truth, at it(him) never was time for reading of the similar literature as it(he) has always been borrowed(occupied) by the projects. Now it(he) has firmly decided to spend some hours for studying of the theory which would help(assist) it(him) to solve a present problem(task), and already then to start analysis of the resume. So, Mr. Tompkins has thrown legs(foots) on a table and has started to read.
The book has appeared simply terrible. On idea, in the end of each chapter(head) Mr. Tompkins should postpone the book aside to write down any especially useful reasonings and rules. Nevertheless, the chapter(head) was replaced by the chapter(head), and it(he) not only has not made any mark, but even has started missing. Anything, it(he) hoped, maybe, the most interesting they have reserved for last chapters(heads). The tenth chapter(head). The same. It(he) has sighed and has opened the eleventh.

- But it is not too complex(difficult). Whether you see, people always subconsciously wish to be united in group. So it is incorporated in our human body - we wish to be members of community. And in the modern sterile and transparent world for communities and communities remains ever less than a place.
