Cricket match fixing

My friend's neighbor was giving me some facts about his close proximity with the match fixers and the entire indo-pak cricket tour was fixed. Man! what a mind job! According to him, starting from ICC to BCCI, PCB the entire cricketing world is run by match fixers and the team participates and agree on outcomes!

On my question on why he does not report this incidence to ICC or whoever when he knows people who do it- his assertion, "everyone is involved and there is no point in reporting!".

BTW, he is from Pakistan and follows cricket a lot.
