Will of Israel Repine Will Book 4, pg. 9 "1872" #2763 Israel Repine In the name of God Amen, I Israel Repine of the Borough of Indiana, County of Indiana and State of Pennsylvania, Yeoman being of sound mind, memory and understanding do make my last Will and Testament in manner and form following. Imprimis I direct all my just debts and funeral expenses to be fully paid and satisfied by my executor here in after named as soon as conveniently may be after my decease. Item. I give devise and bequeath unto my beloved wife Jane for and during her natural life all the rest residue and remainder of my estate real personal and mixed of what nature or kind soever and wheresoever the same may be at the time of my death and after the death of my said wife Jane, I direct my said executor to convert all my said property real personal and mixed into money and the proceeds thereof to be equally divided between my daughter Sallie E. intermarried with Alex H. Mitchell and Clara Minter married with John W. Books their heirs and assigns forever and I do hereby nominate constitute and appoint Edward P. Hildebrand Executor of this my last Will & Testament. In Witness whereof I Israel Repine the Testator have to this my will written on one sheet of paper set my hand and seal this ninth day of January A.D. one thousand Eight hundred and Seventy two (1872).Israel Repine {seal} Signed Sealed published and declared by the above named Israel Repine as and for his last will and testament at his request as witnesses thereto in the presence of the said testator and of each other. Black Register for the probate of Wills and Granting litters of Administration in and for said County was duly proved and approved the foregoing Instrument of writing as and for the last will and testament of Israel Repine late of the Borough of Indiana decd by the Oaths of J. Wilson Thompson and A.C. Ehrenfeld the subscribing witnesses thereto March 1st A.D. 1872. Letters Testamentary issued to E. P.
