Last Will & Testament of Jacob Repine decd

In the name of God Amen, I Jacob Repine of Washington Township, Indiana county and State of Pennsylvania, being in good health of body and of sound and disposing mind and memory, Do make and declare this to be my Last Will and Testament, in manner following. That is to say, I order that all my just debts, funeral expenses and charges of proving this my Will be in the first place fully paid and satisfied and after payment thereof and every part thereof, I give and bequeath to my son William H. Repine, that Tract of land he is now in possession of lying and being in Washington Township, Indiana county, this and all my monies, property remaining and due to me at and after my decease; This to be his full share after paying One hundred and forty dollars to the other heirs I give and bequeath unto my daughter Levina Thirty dollars; To my daughter Maria Thirty dollars; To my daughter Elizabeth Cunrada Thirty dollars; To my daughter Mary Jane Thirty dollars; To my son Isreal Five dollars; To my daughter Margett Altman Four dollars; To my son Joseph Five dollars. My son William H. Repine is to pay as follows, Forty-six dollars and sixty-six cents and three forth to be paid one year after my des. And Forty-six dollars and sixty-six cents and three forth to be paid two years after my des. And Forty-six dollars and sixty-six cents and 2/3 cents to be paid three years after my decease: The sons and daughters to be paid equal shares as the money becomes due and is paid to my Executor. And I do hereby nominate constitute and appoint John Getey Esquire of Washington township, Executor of this my Will and declare this only to be my Last Will and Testament.

In Witness whereof I the said Testator have to this my Last Will and Testament set my hand and seal the Twenty-ninth day of September, A.D. 1862.

Signed, Sealed, published and declared by the said Testator, Jacob Repine, as and for his Last Will and Testament, in the presence of us, who in his presence and at his request and in the presence of each other have subscribed our names as witnesses thereto.

Be it Remembered That on the second day of December, in the year of our Lord one thousand eight hundred and sixty two, before me John H. Lichteberger, Register for the Probate of Wills am granting Letters of Administration in and for said county was duly proved and therefore approved the foregoing instrument of writing as and for the Last Will and Testament of Jacob Repine, late of Washington township, said county, deceased by the Oath of Frederick Herlinger and Adam Altimus, the subscribing witnesses thereto.

And now to wit, 23 May 1863, Letters of Administration with the will annexed granted to William H. Repine, he having first given Bond in the sum of Three Hundred dollars, conditioned according to Law with Frederick Herlinger and Dubre Thomas, sureties. - Same day, Admr. duly sworn according to Law.
