Will of Robert J. Repine Will Book ??, pg. ?? "1904" #7741 Robert J. Repine In the name of God Amen. I Robert J. Repine, of the Borough of Blairsville township of Burrell County of Indiana, state of Pennsylvania being in possession of all my mental faculties make this my last will. I will and bequeath to my beloved wife Rachel Amanda Thompson Repine, all my personal property and realty to have and hold absolutely in her own name, to be administered in the interests of my beloved children, Frank H., Mable Clair, Helen M. and Charles M. Repine according to my wish and desire. It is my will and desire that after my decease that my beloved wife Rachel Amanda Thompson Repine Execute this my last will and take the right and title to my personal property and realty.
Witness Thompson F. Pershing Witness to mark D.E. Thompson Blairsville this 27th day of December 1904 Indiana County SS Before me J.Blair Sutton, Register for the probate of wills and granting Letters of Administration in and for said county, personally appeared D.E. Thompson and Thompson F. Pershing, subscribing witnesses to the foregoing instrument of writing purporting to be the last will and testament of Robert J. Repine, late of Blairsville Boro, in the county of Indiana, deceased, who being sworn according to law depose and say they were personally present and saw and heard the said testator sign, seal and declare the foregoing instrument of writing as and for his last will and testament and that they signed their names as witnesses to said ?will? in the presence of said testator and at his request and in the presence of each other and at the time of signing the same he the said testator was of sound and disposing mind, memory and understanding to the best of their knowledge and belief and that as they shall answer to God at the Great Day. Repine who being duly sworn according to law says that Robert J. Repine late of said county died on the 27th day of December 1906 at 4 o’clock P.M. and further said not. Rachel A.
