I Vinton Ray Repine of Burrell Twonship, in the County of Indiana and Stae of Pennsylvania, being of sound and disposing mind and memory do make publish and declare this to be my last will and testament, hereby revoking all former wills by me at any time heretofore made.

First, I order and direct that all my just debts and funeral expenses shall be paid out of my estate by my executrix hereinafter named, as soon after my death as shall by her be found convenient.

I give devise and bequeath to my beloved wife, Nora Lila Repine all my property both real and personal and mixed of which I shall die seized and possessed or to which I shall be entitled at the time of my death.

Lastly - I nominate, constitute and appoint my wife, Nora Lyle Repine executrix of this my las will and testament with full power and authority to carry its provision into effect.

In witness whereof, I, Vinton Ray Repine the testatrix have to this my last will and testament set my hand and seal this first day of October in the year One Thousand Nine Hundred and Seventeen.

Before me, J. Clair Longwill, Register for the Probate of Wills and granting Letters of Administration in and for said County, personally appeared D.C. Muir and J.R. Marsh, subscribing witnesses to the foregoing instrument of writing, purporting to be the Last will and Testament of Vinton Ray Repine, late of Burrell Township, in the county of Indiana, deceased, who being sworn according to law, dispose and say they were personally present and saw and heard the said testator sign, seal and declare the foregoing instrument of writing, as and for his Last Will and Testament, and that they signed their names as witnesses to said instrument of writing in the presence of said testator and at his request and in the presence of each other, and at the time of signing the same he the said testator was of sound and disposing mind, memory and understanding, to the best of their knowledge and belief, and that as they shall answer to God at the Great Day.

Personally came Nora Lyle Repine who being duly sworn according to law says that Vinton Ray Repine late of said county, died on the 1st day of Oct. 1917 at 12:30 o’clock A.M. and ?further said not?

I, Nora Lyle Repine do swear by Almighty God, the searcher of all hearts, that as Executor of the Estate of Vinton Ray Repine, late of Burrell Township, deceased, will well and truly administer the good, chattels, rights and credits of said deceased, according to law, and also that I will diligently and faithfully regard and well and truly comply with the provisions of the law relative to collateral and direct inheritance and that as I shall answer to God at the Great Day.
