#2374 Joseph B. Repine Will
In the name of God Amen I Joseph B.
Repine of the Township of Blacklick and County of Indiana and State of Pennsylvania farmer
being weak in body and of sound mind and memory and understanding, but considering the
uncertainty of this transitory life do make and publish this my last will and testament in
manner and form following to wit. First it is my will and I do order that all my
just debts and funeral expenses be duly paid and satisfied as soon as conveniently can be
after my decease. I give and bequeath unto Ross Clawson and Rachel Ann Clawson his wife
all my personal property of all denomination for their particular attention to me in
taking care of me in my old days. And lastly I nominate and constitute and appoint my
neighbors William Hannah and Robert Doty to be the executors of this my last will hereby
revoking all other wills legacies and bequests by me heretofore made, and declaring this
and no other to be my last will and testament In witness whereof I have set my hand and
seal this fifteenth day of June 1864. Signed sealed declared and published by the above
named Joseph B. Repine as and for his last will and testament in presence of us who at his
request and in his presence have subscribed our names as Witnesses thereto.

McClusky Register of will in and for said County on the 13th day of September A.D. 1864 was duly proved and approved the forgoing instrument of writing as and for the last will and testament of Joseph B. Repine decd by the Oaths of Gawin Compton and Joseph Hannah subscribing witnesses thereto. Same day Letters Testamentary Issued to William Hannah and Robert Doty Executors in said Will named they having been first duly sworn according to law. A.L.
