Guardian for Children of Richard Repine

Guardian Appointed - "1864" John H. Repine, Joseph B. Repine, Ann Augusta Repine

The Petition of John H., Joseph B. and Ann Augusta Repine by their mother & ?reference? Rachel Ann Clawson respectfully represents that the petitioners are miner children of Richard Repine late of Indiana County deceased and under the age of fourteen years are resident within said County and have no person to take care of their persons and estates. They therefor pray the Court to appoint guardians for the purpose aforesaid.

March 31st 1864 upon due consideration the Court appoint Rachel Clawson guardian for the within named miners as within prayed for and bond in the sum of $200.00. James Henton & Wm Kerr approved as surety.

Per Curiam

And now to wit Sept 30 1869 Bond in lease of Ann Augustus Repine Increased to 500$ with D.C. Wier as
additional Surety.
