Victor Dealer Print

From my personal collection is an original Victor Talking Machine dealer picture. These pictures were offered to Victor Talking machine dealers in the early 1900's to hang in their showrooms. The original painting by was by Francis James Barraud, an English painter. His most famous work, His Master's Voice, is one of the best-known commercial logos in the world, having inspired the music industry trademark depicting a dog (Nipper) and phonograph.

The condition of this picture (close if, not 100 years old) is superb. It is truly a museum piece, worthy of a place in any phonograph collection.

This particular picture resided in one of the most prominent phonograph collections on the east coast until 2004 when the owner passed. As the owner was a good friend I was able to acquire it and it has remained in my collection. As my interest in collecting has changed I have been selling off items here and there.

Buyer will not be disappointed with his purchase. **Shipping - Once payment clear for this item I will take it to our local UPS store and have it shipped. Shipping charges will be paid directly to the UPS store by the buyer via credit card. I have used this store and method for many expensive antique items including phonograph, other music boxes, etc.. without issue.
