The title banner at top uses five layers with red and orange as the colors. Orange was flood-filled over red and the red opacity reduced to 17 and the orange layer is reduced to 72. The next layer has the text and then the bats image pasted as transparent with opacity reduced. Finally Effects/Plug-In/2D-Hyper Clouds with opacity reduced.

The four banners on the home page are all examples of layers. These are saved in PSP before text was added so they can be used at some future time.
